Job Description
The Regional Sales Account Manager will lead the following activities:

Operate as a contributing member of a global sales organization representing North American in support of strategic and business development activities
Lead, advance, and implement business development and go to market strategies for Software Defined Vehicle offerings
Develop, validate, and deploy product and service strategies; including approach to customer and partners, planning, and pricing methods
Represent, lead, and support connected solution for customer acquisitions, demonstrations, and key stakeholders
Define and build long term market strategy for software defined vehicle
Support in launching new software and services
Research, track, and identify development in connected vehicle industry and present findings to senior leadership
Identify areas of improvement in existing product portfolio and track customer needs
Represent ETAS in customer, industry, and marketing events
Coordinate and support product and commercial activities with internal and external stakeholders
Coordinate with Escrypt management, Escrypt GmbH, and ETAS NA sales.
Identify, establish, and grow customer base.
Expand sales in new industry sectors.
Mentor and lead sales personnel.
Coordinate and manage all sales reporting, quotations, conferences, and administrative processes.


Must possess a Bachelor degree from an accredited university or college in engineering, computer science or other related field.
Must possess a minimum of 5 to 8 years of successful sales experience and regional customer contacts.
Must have experience selling to automotive industry.
Knowledge or background in software or encryption highly desired.
Must possess strong communication and organizational skills.
Previous management & leadership experience with ability to coordinate across internal / external sales and engineering teams.
Ideally, this person will be a strategic thinker with contract negotiation skills and the ability to assess market opportunities while effectively developing and leading organization sales / product strategy.
